Shaw's

Shaws is great for the special weekly sales. However, almost every time, something doesn't ring up right, then I have to remember to come back, bring my receipt, wait in line at customer service, just for a few dollars. Super inconvenient, especially since it happens regularly.

Amazing cake from the bakery! We just said it was a train theme for an 2 year old and told them to do whatever they want with that, and they DELIVERED. Not only train tracks perfect for us to put some trains on, but they included an extra train cake!

The store layout makes shopping here frustrating. Items feel scattered all over the place and it’s hard to find things. There’s about 1½ aisles of frozen food, but half of it is taken up by toilet paper and paper towels, which makes no sense. Frozen meatballs, for example, are against the back wall next to the fresh meat instead of being in the frozen aisles where you’d expect them. I’ve gotten used to some stores moving frozen chicken near the meat section, but meatballs there too just makes the layout confusing.

Prices are better than Hannafords and staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I bought some super nice Italian bread from their bakery section. A few months ago I rented a carpet cleaner from here and the people at the service desk were awesome.

I love the cleanliness and neatness. Very organized which I love! Employees are nice. Some things are pretty expensive but I like on the app I have coupons and actually saved a really good amount past 2 trips and also got some items FREE using my shaws account. I did notice onu last trip 8/12/23 there was actually mold on ceiling above the freezer section where pizzas are..it's sagging and worry about me and the health of the workers. I know we've had to s of rain and hope they get that fixed ASAP.I absolutely love the Flower section! Beautiful! I love looking at all of them. Had so e things I can't find at other stores and I like variety. Keep up the good work!
